NEC UX5000 IP Communication Server

The UX5000 inRouter offers an intelligent, all in one networking and monitoring solution for NEC communication servers. It combines multiple voice and data features into an in-skin converged networking router. The InRouter includes a single T1 WAN interface or a single Ethernet WAN and an integrated 4-port managed Ethernet switch with VLAN support.
Aspire from NEC allows you to converge your voice and data networks and enjoy the many advantages of Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) while enjoying the hundreds of features you’ve come to expect from traditional digital/analog switching. Aspire lets your organization benefit from the potential cost-saving advantages of IP even if you’re not ready to migrate to 100% IP Telephony immediately. That’s because Aspire gives you a choice: You can deploy traditional circuit-switched technology, VoIP or a combination, all from one system! You have the freedom to adopt VoIP when and where you need it.
Aspire’s Voice over IP (VoIP) capability allows you to place voice calls over the data network. VoIP reduces long distance charges by using IP to connect multiple office locations and telecommuters. Remote workers also have access to main office features, such as voice mail, allowing offices to operate as a single unit.
IP Softphone on a laptop or desktop with USB handset or headset provides full extension capability over IP.
The Aspire S delivers many of the high-powered features of the Aspire but in a package tailored for the companies using 24 phones or less. Networking to the Aspire using VoIP makes the Aspire S a great sysytem for the small/home/branch office.
Aspire digital extension capability has grown from 256 to 384 by doubling the station port capacity from 16 to 32. The total maximum station capacity remains at 512 (balance being IP phones).
Aspire Mail, an optional digitally linked in-switch voice mail, provides sophisticated features that save time and money. Return call with Caller ID saves caller ID information for inside- and outside-originated calls. Answering Machine Emulation is helpful when you are waiting for an important call. It lets you listen while a caller is leaving a message for you. Message Center Keys allow two people sharing the same phone to have their own message waiting key. Each person can see if he/she has new messages. Conversation Record saves and records your conversation into your mailbox with the touch of a button. Park and Page allows a caller to page you before leaving a message. You can pick up the call from any station.
Unified Messaging consolidates multiple message sources with Aspire Mail DMS Desktop Messaging. Prioritize messages and respond to customers and coworkers more quickly with the power, speed and simplicity of Desktop Messaging. With Desktop Messaging, your email inbox gives you access to all of your email and voice mail. Aspire Mail DMS Desktop Messaging also lets you extend the distribution power in your email program to your voice messaging, making it possible to quickly send voice messages or documents to groups of co-workers. Aspire Mail DMS Desktop Messaging can integrate with various network and email platforms that are SMTP and IMAP4 compliant.
Cabling Services
The TTM cabling team is experienced with Cat 3, Cat 5e, Cat 6 and Fiber Optic infrastructures and backbones. We install Feeder Cables from 25 pair to 1,000 pair both structurally and in underground applications. Using only top quality materials, we rely on Leviton as our primary equipment provider. The end result: a high quality, long lasting, and professionally installed backbone for you new communications system.
